1) 10% non refundable deposit if booked more than 8 weeks prior to commencement date
2) Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement date
3) Full payment required where booking is made within 8 weeks of commencement date
4) Should full payment not be made 8 weeks prior to the booking date, we reserve the right to let the property to other clients and the deposit paid will be forfeited. |

| Damage, injury or loss |
No responsibility is accepted for injury or damage to guests or their belongings. |
| Guests |
Under no circumstances may more than two persons named on the booking form occupy the property. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not adhered to. We also reserve the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties that may in our opinion, and at our sole discretion, be unsuitable for the property. |
| Guest Responsibilities |
Guests are responsible for the property and are expected to take ‘all’ reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the staying period. We want you to have a great time and experience whilst with us, but we do politely ask that guests respect our privacy and that of our good neighbours. Please respect the residency of Acle locals. Please keep noise at an absolute minimum at all times but especially when leaving or returning in the early of late hours. |
| Damage |
All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the Guests and must be paid for. We will be reasonable in not charging for small or minor breakages, where guests, who in our sole opinion, have taken due care. |
| Repossession |
We reserve the right to repossess the property at any time, where guests have caused damage or become a nuisance to us or other local residents. We will not be liable to make a refund of any remaining portion of time left. |
| Disputes |
In the unlikely event of a complaints or dispute, this should be put in writing to The Owner at the property address. |
| Withdrawal of booking |
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that the property is not available through events arising outside our control, we may be forced to cancel the booking. Guests will be informed as early as possible. A full refund will be made. Guests will not be entitled to any further claims. |
